All reporters must adhere to accurate, fair, and verified journalism. Creating sensational or misleading content is strictly prohibited.
2. Ethical Conduct
Reporters must maintain a high standard of personal and professional ethics. Any form of abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
3. Compliance with Laws
Reporters must follow all laws and guidelines by the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting and the Government of India, including media laws and cyber regulations.
4. Misuse of Identity Prohibited
Use of Women Crime Press IDs, logos, or letterheads for personal gain or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.
5. Maintaining Confidentiality
Reporters must keep sensitive information confidential and protect the identity of victims and sources.
6. No Circulation Without Verification
All content must be fully verified before publishing. Spreading rumors or false information will result in disciplinary action.
7. Required Documentation
Valid identity proof, address proof, and necessary documents must be submitted during registration.
8. Authorized Reporting Area
Reporters are allowed to cover news only within their assigned area. Special approval is required for coverage outside of it.
9. Upholding the Organization’s Image
Reporters must uphold and protect the mission and dignity of Women Crime Press at all times.
10. Liability for Misconduct or Illegal Acts
Women Crime Press will not be held responsible for any illegal activity or misconduct by a reporter. Such individuals will face termination and possible legal action.
