Terms & Conditions ( Women Crime Control )

The applicant will take all necessary precautions while participating in activities related to women safety and awareness. The Women Crime Control organization shall not be held responsible for any mishap during such activities.
The applicant ID is unique and valid for a lifetime.
The organization reserves the right to reject or cancel any application at its sole discretion.
No member shall use the organization's name, logo, trademark, or trade name without specific written consent.
No member is authorized to collect any form of donation, monetary contribution, or financial aid on behalf of the organization. Additionally, no member shall claim or avail any discounts, concessions, or privileges by using the name of the organization.
If any member is found involved in any unlawful activity or misuses the ID card, their membership shall be terminated, and the ID card must be surrendered immediately.
The organization reserves the right to monitor the activities of its members.
The above-mentioned rules and regulations shall be governed by the laws applicable within the territory of India. Any disputes, if any, shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
All ranks within the organization are voluntary and unpaid.
Selected members may be required to attend mandatory training sessions.
Members are not permitted to represent the organization in media or public platforms without written authorization.
All members must uphold the code of ethics and strictly adhere to the rules and regulations of the organization.

Terms & Conditions ( ARSD Institution)

After the applicant gets registered, he/she shall take classes according to the schedule provided by the Institution. If the student misses his/her class, the Institution will not be responsible or liable for the same.
The Institution will approve the registration by an official unique ID No. for his/her future correspondence.
No refund policy in any case.
After the registration & issue of ID No., the introducer will not be changed.
The institution reserves the right to reject/cancel any registration at its own discretion.
No student shall use the institution’s name, logo, trademark, and trade name without any specific written consent.
Whenever any student is found to indulge in any unlawful activity or misuse of the ID card, his registration will be cancelled along with the surrender of his ID card.
The rules and regulations mentioned above shall be governed in accordance with the law in force in the territories of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
All students shall respect and follow the code of ethics and rules & regulations.
